justinholman Hi- I recently bought a pair of boots from you, which you shipped very quickly, thank you for that. Unfortunately, they seem to have been lost by the USPS as the tracking number claims that a delivery attempt was made on 12/13 but delivery was unavailable (which isn’t true bc we have a 24 hour desk employee). I have tried tried to contact the USPS, to no avail, and have tried to contact Poshmark, again, to no response. Any idea how they resolve situations like this? Thank you!

soles4living @justinholman My friend (Postmaster) at our local USPS tried 8 different phone #'s all no answer or help. She recommended sending an inquire thru the USPS tracking website: https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/ which goes str8 to the Postmaster there & also showing up in person with trkg #. Here are the numbers she tried (all 215 area code): 592-8654, 745-2201, 695-2008, 592-8652, 413-7743, 557-9945, 413-7742, 923-2472. Teresa
