jgreebon Teresa, hi I bought the Rip Curl watch from you and got it yesterday. Either it has no battery or it doesn’t work. I will try replacing the battery. Battery + install is $18 at jewelry store where it has to be done due to water gasket. It was not described as not working or no battery. Is there something you can do to offset this extra, unexpected cost before I rate the product? Please do not take offense, I was just disappointed and worried that it is not working. Thank you. I’m thinking that I could send you a battery ASAP & also if there is anything that you like in my closet I will give you a very fair price? LMK if if this is what you had in mind. The watch has been sitting around for a long time I never considered that the battery may not work. Again thank you for such good communication
