tsclosetcleanup I was thinking folding them in the box might have caused it. I can still use them. I was hesitant about mentioning it because I did not want to make you feel bad, but then I thought you might want to know too, so I mentioned it. I am okay as I will still use them. It is not the end of the world :):)

stonedgypsy45 hello I am new to Poshmark I have a few questions I've had a problem with a buyer who purchased an item from me that was brand new never worn it was tried on but never worn they've lied and said this she was damaged I want to know how to have my funds released because the person that purchased the item from me is very dishonest and I can't seem to reach a real person could you please help

You should get your money into your account three days after it was delivered to the customer unless she is planning to return it to you and has informed Poshmark of her intentions and reasons. I do know that once a purchase is made that Poshmark has the funds and the control of the release of those funds, thus you may not need to worry and just see on the third day an email stating the funds are released. I hope this is helpful. Teresa

tsclosetcleanup @stonedgypsy45 There is no phone number I know of. Here's how to get to the Support Center. Sign into Poshmark. Click on the circle with your initials,logo,etc. in the right too corner. In the drop down select Guide to Poshmark. Then menu on the left, choose Contact located at the bottom. Then Visit support center. then next screen hit Contact Support. There you can fill out your information and share your concern.
