havenert @bobbett328 hi I do have a question. I had something go wrong with I order O shipped I used the correct box and it was light so I don't think the weight was a problem. the mail delivery person asked the buyer for 35.00 dollars so she refused the package . I notified problem and they said they were having trouble tracking it so if I don't get it back is my products insured? Or is it a loss?

bobbett328 @havenert Gosh I’m so sorry this has happened. I would continue to work with Posh customer service to resolve the issue. My understanding is using the Posh label means it’s being tracked for the purpose of making sure it gets to its destination and if it can’t be confirmed then a claim can be filled. I hope your able to get this settled quickly.
