labelle18 Hi ... I just saw the review on the Zara boots ... if they are defective ... please return them ... I’m not sure ... how it would work through poshmark ... I’ve never had this happen before ... the boots are new and I’ve never worn them (purchased last year from Zara) ... I packaged them myself and they were in what I assumed to be perfect condition ... I’m more than willing to rectify the situation ... this is super embarrassing for me 😬
