mscapricorn53 Hi Teresa, The blouse is a Forever 21 junior 1X ,the blouse is I believe a polyester/rayon blend, there is no stretch in the material, sleeves measure from shoulder to hem 8”, and the length of the top from shoulder to bottom hem is 25”. The color is a golden mustard color, This is a wrap blouse with a tie front and a inside button. I hope this is helpful. Have a good evening 💞
