sunglitz0612 @mrzanderson hi. I'm sorry, I had a death in the family and am traveling. I was actually quite disappointed in the shoes. I believe the method of shipping allowed for the damage. BCBG wedges are known for being soft, especially the metallic material styles. The shoes arrives with countless dents on the wedge of each shoe. They look quite used. I don't actually know that I'll wear them. I'm new to this site and haven't had time to research when this happens but did want to reply.

My photos shoe exactly how they were shipped. I can contact posh customer service in reference to the damages and see what they can or will do. I suggest you do the same. sunglitz0612 @photogirl67 yes it was a good deal which is why I'm keeping them. The description mentions the scruff on the front of the right shoe. It doesn't mention how the gold logo on the right shoe is really scruffed. The pictures just look like it's a shadow since it isn't mentioned in the description. I am keeping them since it was such a good deal.
