bentoworld Hi, I am very sorry. I just realized I shipped a pair of shoes that belongs to a different Posher. You will be receiving a plum color Air Max instead of the Black/White. Can you please let me know once you have the item. I will ask Poshmark to sent you a shipping label to redirect that package to the right Posher? I will have your proper shoes sent out shortly. I am very sorry for the confusion and the inconvenience.

teressamassey @bentoworld It happens. When will the black and white shoes ship? Go ahead and get me a label for the plum shoes. Informed delivery days they’ll be here tomorrow. I work very long hours 4 days @ 13+ so I need to send o my day off which is tomorrow. Otherwise it could be a day or 2.

bentoworld @teressamassey I am waiting for Poshmark to sent me a new label. I believe once you file the “wrong item received” ticket, the system will give the option to generate a new label. I emailed Poshmark still waiting for a reply.

bentoworld @teressamassey I just heard back from Poshmark. They said once you returned these shoes it will be automatically refund back to you. I think the easiest way for us to do this is I can email you a shipping label to re-direct the plum ones to the rightful Posher and I will pay for a second label to ship out your white/black ones. You can email at fugumobile at outlook dot com and I will fwd to label to redirect the plum ones.

teressamassey @bentoworld ok I got off at 3 this morning. Going to bed for a couple more hours but I’ll will have those shipped back today. The post is closed though but I’ll have it done. Yeah I want to purchase again but it will be after funds are returned by poshmark. I’ve Been lucky not to have had any shipping mixups myself. I’ll be extra careful now considering how long it ties money and merchandise up. Ok I can’t read what I wrote bc I’m still half asleep.
