Hi, you had ordered a purse & wallet from me. Somehow during inventory, the purse got an ink line on the outside underside/bottom. It is on the bottom and is hidden when you sit the purse down. Do you still want me to ship it?

Hey! It looks like you accepted the plaid leggings and released payment, but I saw yours comment that there was a hole in the seams. I checked all of them when received from my vendor and didn’t have any defects. I can’t do an exchange through Poshmark. However, you can open a case with Poshmark support to cancel the order. They will ask for photo support and I can approve a return.

Once I receive the damaged ones back, your refund will be released. You can purchase a replacement pair as a separate transaction. Just wanted to explain the process. Happy to get you a new pair! It’s just different steps through Poshmark.
