@ginosmom2017 WHY!? Did they give a reason especially since it’s used 😱. There are SO many other designer items for sale so don’t understand why a perfume is different. The item says shipped so what happens to my refund?
I won’t lie to you but this really BURNS 😡 me up. There are so many things about Poshmark that I don’t understand. The rules/policies are NOT obvious. Really, really ticked and disappointed ☹️

They need to provide an explanation to you about this restriction and tell me how THEY plan to rectify the purchase, payment AND shipment now being in limbo. I see the $84.80 was paid out. SIGH ☹️ Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it. I guess all I can do is wait but hate my money being tied up because of some strange policy. Not your fault though 🤨

@ginosmom2017 @ginosmom2017 Totally insane! You shouldn’t be punished in any way for not knowing every single policy. I see used makeup for sale on Poshmark. Was the perfume but was it a pump bottle? How is it different than a person using a perfume “tester” in the store? Well, this is truly disappointing for me, and I’m sure distressing for you. Keep me posted

@ginosmom2017 Hi again. It appears that the package from you has left Cincinnati, OH & is due to be delivered sometime this Friday. I think the problem you have is Poshmark is punishing you for selling a “used cosmetic “. You never confirmed if the bottle was a spray. If so, I would fight it and appeal their decision. If bottle is a spray it is sealed and would be very difficult to contaminate if that is their worry. Will let you know when item arrives 👍🏼 Good luck 🙏🏼
