wrens_closet28 Hi Teri, I'm so sorry to see that you gave me only 2 stars for the Joules jacket. Did you confuse me with another seller? You purchased it on 6/24 and I shipped it on 6/26, so I did everything that I was supposed to do on my end. Unfortunately, I have no control over how long USPS takes from there. As far as cleanliness, I don't get that either. The jacket was washed and packed away in a clean bin and I have a clean home. Again, sorry you were disappointed.

terikelchen @iluvfl28 Hi, with Joules and that fabric it is best to dry clean. It has no life in it and hangs goofy. I have it in my vehicle to take to cleaners but add a another $12 to the price not such a good buy. You waited over a week to ship I had to ask when it was going to ship. I paid June 23, and 7 day ago I asked when you were going to ship. I try to plan when packages come so they don't lay outside while I am gone.

wrens_closet28 @terikelchen, I have the emails to prove everything I stated. I will not be falsely accused of shipping over a week later. You purchased on 6/24 and I shipped on 6/26. That's only 2 days, which falls within Poshmark's recommendation. This is my last comment on this subject.
