sueannscloset I am sorry your purchase was not to your liking. I pride myself on my closet, descriptions and quality of the items sold. Future suggestion, if not happy with purchase, contact seller for a refund. Ratings impact a seller! I would have gladly accepted a return. This is authentic and retails over $100, was purchased it for $10. An AMAZING deal and yet the rating has impacted my sales record. Just something to think about w/ future purchases.
