born2posh @oceandreamer74 Okay - When you click on your username on the bottom toolbar you should see a green dollar sign at the top. Click on that and then on “redeemable balance”. If you already set up your direct deposit that should get you to right spot.

oceandreamer74 Did I not follow posh rules. I was interested in a item from a posher that had the description listed as forever21, but in the notes she had that it wasn't a off brand forever21. So I asked her to post actual pics since she had forever21 pics. She deleted the item. Was I wrong in asking for pictures

I will refund the lady her money minus your fees but I will gift her the coat free because it's my fault for the delay. Thank you

born2posh @oceandreamer74 They may be holding it for someone, they may have sold it on another site like eBay and didn’t delete it (some people leave the listing and mark it not for sale. I have no idea why they wouldn’t just delete it. Or sometimes I will make something like that if I have something pending to some (say if I am selling it on Facebook) until the item is picked up so I don’t have to list it again if the sale falls through.

It was a 2x and I sold it as such the buyer commented and said it's too little for her and wants to know what can be done about it. I've been a posh seller for years and have never misrepresented any of my items.
