rachelliles Hi Terra - I didn’t know how to respond to your rating so I just came here. I’m so terribly sorry you’re disappointed with your purchase. I thought the minor tears were noticeable in the listing photos. I didn’t realize they would cause problems, they hadn’t been worn in awhile so I was unaware. I assure you they are genuine VS so there is no reason they should not be true to size. However, if you figure out a way for me to issue a refund I would be more than happy to do so.

terradupree @rachelliles can you ask how we can do a refund or can I chose something different from your closet? I want to change the rating because you have such a good rating and I know it wasn’t intentional, I’m just so disappointed that I can’t use them and it cost me nearly 30 bucks.

rachelliles @terradupree I don’t think it’s possible to do a refund through Poshmark since you didn’t report an issue within the first three days. But if there is anything else from my closet that you are interested in, I can lower the price in an offer and give free shipping

terradupree @rachelliles so I was going to try and just wear at least one of the bras and not worry much about it but Rachel they are all tore up, it’s just not fair. Then when I suggested something out of your closet you just wanted to lower the price. I was only wanting equal Value to what I had paid.

rachelliles @terradupree Sorry, I will definitely give you another item of equal value! I was just saying to make the trade, you’ll have to add the item to a bundle and then I can lower the price of the bundle to no cost or one dollar (I’m not sure if it would let me sell something for free). And I will do free shipping. If there’s something you want just add it to a bundle and we’ll figure it out
