@terranuit Hello, I made a huge mistake. I shipped your blue shoes out at the same time as a pair of brown pants to another buyer. I obviously mixed up the labels, one of my worst nightmares. She just contacted me that she got your blue shoes. I am going to make this right, I am just trying to figure out the fastest way that makes sense. Please let me know you got this message. I am so sorry about this.

@catlovers4 Just got the message. I have not received any delivery from you to date & I understand the error. Tracking number still says delayed & I never received notice from Poshmark. I just happened to check the site for the status & saw your post, I want the shoes, so what’s the next step?

@terranuit Yeah I see the delay as well, I am guessing weather. So those will be the pants to the lady that received your shoes. I contacted Poshmark as others said this happens often and Poshmark will send you both the correct labels to ship the correct items to each other. I contacted them yesterday as soon as I learned of my mistake. I will keep you posted.

@terranuit update, Poshmark contacted me and they emailed you the label for shipping the pants once you receive them. They sent a label with your address for the lady that got your shoes to send to you.

@catlovers4 Hi! Got the pants in the mail today. The label did come yesterday it was buried in my email. I will make sure it goes out on Monday. I did not unwrap your pretty packaging but I did open the envelope slightly to make sure it was something I did not order. As soon as I mail on Monday, I will let you know, unless there is somewhere I can mail on Sundays. No worries!

@terranuit Thank you so much. I am frustrated as the lady that got yours said she didn't receive a label to ship yours. I contacted Poshmark and told them this. They said to tell her to contact. I contacted her and asked her to please contact Poshmark and she replied she did and no response.

@terranuit She said she can pay for the label if I send her your address. The issue with that is that it will be on the comments and others can see it. I can give her my address over the comments as it is a UPS and then I will overnight it to you when I get them. Please let me know. 🙂

@catlovers4 .... Ok that’s annoying & a little petty. Did she check her Spam folder? That’s what I did... just saying she can do a search in her email for Poshmark, they did send the label. She should make the effort without you having to post your address for everyone to see.

@catlovers4 i would do all this thru Poshmark & have them send you a copy of the label they sent her. And then you send the label to her since she seems to only be receiving your emails not Poshmark. That way everyone is covered.

@catlovers4 I slightly opened the envelope I received then mAiled the entire envelope placed in a new envelope using the label sent to me by Poshmark. Not posting full details but the preprinted label has from Serena in Santa Rosa to Susan in Oregon. I guess she plans to keep my shoes & the pants then. I find it strange that only I got a label & she mysteriously did not.

@terranuit It is odd to me as well. I just sent her a message and told her my return address is on the label and to ship the shoes to me at that address as soon as she receives the pants. This is getting frustrating. I will then ship to you asap!

@catlovers4 This really sucks & I am so disappointed. I have wanted those blue cole haans chukkas forever & while I was waiting for this to work out every other blue pair that was available was sold. What a mean woman. They should suspend her from Poshmark.

Morning, She still hasn't accepted the pants. I contacted her again and told her this is not fair as she received her pants. I told her I want to know when to expect the shoes so I can ship to you and if I don't hear from her I am contacting Poshmark. I am really frustrated about this.
