melindko138 Hi. I bought the Clark’s Glenwood 7 1/2 shoes from you a few weeks ago. I’m sorry to say they are defective. I wore them out of the house for the first time today and the heel on the left shoe crumbled apart! I contacted the Clarks shoe company and they said the shoes would need to go back to where they were purchased. (I’m quite sure the store would replace them.) Would you be able to do that?

kcroyals13 @melindko138 I'm so sorry to hear this. By any chance was there a recipe in the box? If not there isn't anything I can do. My mother-in-law was a shopper she had 5 closets full of new clothes and shoes never touched. She is no longer with us so I don't have access to where they were purchased. She ordered a tone off of QVC. Not sure if that box has scan codes for QVC. I would gladly return them if posh sends you a label.
