tgshaffer60 @melomore Hi! I was just thinking. You said you dropped the package at a ups box. I believe the shipping labels are for USPS. When I drop off my package at the post office they always give me a receipt with the tracking number on it.

melomore @tgshaffer60 yes, this is true, however, I would have had to wait another day or two in order to get it to a post office in time due to working and university classes so I dropped it off at a ups box knowing that they have a partnership with USPS. I have done this before at another location and experienced no problems, however, I don't know what the issue is with this particular package.
