bip71 Hi there, if I had seen the stain on the sleeve I would not have sent it out to you. It was not intentional. I also usually do not bag items before boxing them as the boxes I use are thick and I have not had issues in the past with not bagging them. Since the order was accepted, there's nothing I can do at this point as a case cannot be opened. I would have been happy to take the item back because of the stain.

bigtbaby01 @bip71 Thank you for reaching out. The box was placed on my porch by my postman and it was raining all day. The color of the sweater bled onto the box because I got home late from work that night. Honestly I didn’t want to go through the process of returning because of the hassle.
