Hi Terri! I'm so sorry you weren't 100% satisfied with the Adidas jacket. You had commented improvements were needed with description and packaging. I take great pride in my detailed descriptions and would absolutely take any recommendations you could offer. Also I make a great effort to use special shipping bags and include tissue paper and airpax when needed, wondering what else I could have done to get a better rating. Any feedback is greatly appreciated and always considered.
