tgarmendia Good morning :) The mascara box didn’t bother me, but when I took out the mascara itself, the cap wasn’t screwed on very tightly (as one would expect when it’s being newly opened) and there was some smears of the mascara on the top of the bottle.....made me question if it was unused. May not be your fault....you know how people like to open product in the store that isn’t the sample/tester? Looks like that. But honestly, not a reflection on you.....everything else was great!
