Hi Terri, Congratulations on your sale. Your question hits on a long standing problem. Posh will mark items sold only if the item was sold through the Poshmark site When an item is sold but the payment & shipping is not through Poshmark, sellers have the option to edit the listing to "Not for Sale" or to delete the listing. To edit a listing, open the full page view, click on "Edit the Listing" on the right. In the title, I type the word "Sold". (continued⬇️)

( part 2) Scroll down towards the bottom left to a drop down menu. Your choices will be "For Sale" "Not for Sale", or "Drops". You can choose, "not for sale" which will leave the listing in your closet. If you choose to delete the listing, scroll a bit further down on the left where you can choose copy listing or delete listing. I choose not for sale so it shows up on my sales reports.
