graydoggie hi! you purchased a Chicos blazer from me. i packed it, printed the label. my husband took it to the post office. we have them scan every package at the counter, we get a receipt for it, however, Poshmark sent me a message saying it has not been scanned yet. i am very sorry if the item doesn't arrive, but it doesn't look like there is a lot i can do. i just wanted to personally apologize for you not getting your item if it never arrives. i am just at a complete loss on what happened to it.

graydoggie hello! i just asked another buyer if she received your item. all i can think of os i might have printed her label twice. idk. seems like the PO would have caught it. at least i will know. i am sure it is some mistake on my end. just trying to figure it out so it won't happen again. i will let you know when i hear anything. maybe i could send her the label and get it out to you if she agrees. lets see. im trying here for you!❤😃

graydoggie hi again! apparently the posh app gave me the same shipping label for two other orders! i printed them out from the listing itself. one on a completely different day! i can't believe this happened! i am so sorry. i asked the lady who received it if she would put the item in the mail for me but i don't know if she will. what a mess! i can't believe this did this. has never done this sort of thing in the past.

graydoggie ahh! i have good news! i tracked the item down and the person agreed to ship it from her house to you. i have already sent her the shipping label to get it to you! it should be arriving next week sometime. i can still cancel it, but you will likely still get your item and the refund. i know it takes about 3 to 5 days on my end to receive funds so i assume your end would be the same. let me know what you would like to do still. the lady seemed very happy and willing to help us all out.

graydoggie Sorry to inform you that the jacket came back here. I notified PM 3 times & only got 1 response that took 2 days. They did not give me another shipping label for their mistake. I do not know if you will get your money back for this purchase. I do not have the money from this sale. Tech support is unresponsive & unreliable. I wouldn't trust buying anything here. i will be deleting my account. PM can not be trusted. Purchase items from a more established & reputable selling site in the future.
