closet_posh_cda Hi Terri, I was truly surprised by your revised review—especially after you initially told me how much you loved your order. I take great pride in my work and personally inspect every item before shipping. Had you reached out with your concerns, as you did before, I would have happily replaced the item or offered a refund. I never turn away from making things right. It’s disappointing that I wasn’t given that chance.
