debbie_coop Terri, I am sorry the blouse was not to your liking. It is a brand new blouse, never worn. Perhaps, if you had been in this market for a time you would have realized, some things don’t fit. Then you reposh. If you look at my ratings, you will see , I strive to deliver on time and as specified. One of the reasons it was sold was the fact it was off shoulder and too large. I have many times had something not fit, but I would never sub-rate a fellow Posher for that reason.

eterriherman @debbie_coop I am not that well versed in Posh culture. But I have noted than when a clothing article has an out of ordinary feature it is usually noted. This blouse is huge even for an XL. I did note that the shipping and presentation was good. I don’t reposh . I am truly sorry if I upset some rating calculus , but gave you my reasoning
