Hi! I'm Terri. I hand paint denim clothing using high quality fabric paints. All my pieces are OOAK and come with simple washing instructions. I add pieces as I complete them. fashionnomadtd @mean_kitty Hey question. I’m curious. Since my closet is new, I didn’t see where to put my bank info and now I am being told I have to purchase a $500 Apple gift card in order to set that up. As you are a current seller, I thought I’d ask you. Is this true? I just don’t want to be scammed. I already have my one jacket sold, but the guy can’t pay for it cuz it says my account to receive money is not active. Help! Lol

fashionnomadtd @mean_kitty I didn’t think so. So shady. Some scammer. He sent me an email, then sent me an email he supposed got from Poshmark, but I knew it was bogus cuz the address was poshmark@instructions.com and anything coming from Poshmark would be from …@poshmark.com.

fashionnomadtd @mean_kitty Unbelievable. I egged him on a bit to get more info. I even got an email from Poshmark@instructions.com assuring me they were a reputable company blah blah blah. Acting as if they were Poshmark. Be good to alert others of scammers. I posted it on Reddit.

mean_kitty @fashionnomadtd good job! When you make your first sale, after the buyer accepts the package you will see the $$ in your balance. There are a few options to accept the funds. That's when you would add your banking info.

fashionnomadtd @mean_kitty That’s what I thought as well as my daughter has. Closet on here and that is what she did. Man, I hate scammers. I noticed the email, and that definitely gave it away. But I wanted to check with an experienced seller to verify and warn. Thank you so much for your input. I can now relax. Lol
