lsgfashion Hi. I wanted to reach out about the Columbia jacket you purchased from me. I am so sorry it did not live up to your expectations. I always strive to give thorough & honest descriptions of each item I list. It truly was only used for 1 trip (we live in South FL- no need for coats) and in checking it over I did not see any significant flaws on the cuffs. I apologize if I missed the pilling. Out of 150 reviews, I have received 148 five star ratings- which hopefully tells you this was not typical.
