alexsamuel @bebepayan hi, Question to help with. Strona bomber jacket was put on this eve and it seems the ribbed waist, cuffs are huge? The cuffs w/out any pull are 5", waist 24" with zero pull. Do u have another in any Sz for comparison? She messaged J Was site to inquiry only on measurements for XL to see comparison. Any info u get let me know. Have a Sz S silk bomber and the cuffs were 3.5"??thanks!

kaidog @alexsamuel after you re rice an item that isn’t acceptable-you have to submit-problem-inquiry. They’ll let you know they’ve received your claim and then take a while for them to do the research. I’ve had one that took about 2weeks for a decision but that was a long time ago. I’d just submit an email to customer service asking when the decision will be made as your funds are tied up. Sorry for your troubles-it can take time and is the worst part about this app

kaidog @alexsamuel sorry for the frustration-I had a tough one a few years ago that upset me also-I get it. They aren’t the quickest at responding. Send a specific email re not receiving the funds back and you need specific details about what needs to be done. It’s on Posh as the middleman. Best luck❤️
