msullivan034 Hi there! I guess you had an issue with a product I sold you - a MAC eye brow pencil. Was the product damaged because it left here in perfect condition? Also if you do return, please include the free makeup bag and eye pallet that I included as a courtesy. 😁

angelterry @msullivan034 hi Mary. I was so disappointed. It arrived broken and it definitely happened during shipping. The envelope was really beat up and the tip part was snapped right off. I did mention to poshmark that it happened during shipping and sent pics of the envelope too. I also told Poshmark that you sent some wonderful bonus items which was a very. I’ve treat. I’m not sure how they handle it but hopefully it doesn’t go against you in any way because it clearly happened during shipping. Terry

msullivan034 @angelterry oh no that’s awful!!! I’m so sorry that it got beat up by USPS! I’m glad you enjoyed the little extras that a threw in! I’ll respond to posh and tell them that we spoke and the understanding is that this happened with shipping. I’m sure you’ll have to send the eye brown pencil back to me to get your refund but please keep the little goodies as my way of showing appreciation of your business ❤️ hopefully we can do business again in the future!
