maria_mena Hello. When customers place orders with me, I send out their merchandise less than 24 hours later. Once the customer receives and inspects the items, it is common curtesy to go on Poshmark and either accept the items or return them fully. As of yet, I have not received payment on the first order I sent. And Poshmark can’t tell me if whether I was going to get paid on it. This makes me weary about even sending out the second order. I hope you can understand.

maria_mena When the report for the first purchase was filed with Poshmark was filed it caused everything to delayed. If you wish to keep the first order, you will not reach out to Poshmark Support. From my side, I either need the payment released or the merchandise returned.

freeesoul7 @maria_mena I reached to poshmark and let them know there was some confusion on my order at first, but it was cleared up, and that I wanted the case closed so I can accept delivery so the payment will go to you. I have to admit this has had my daughter and I in tears as I feel terrible that I misunderstood. I really wanted the other items as well, and just want you to know that I am a good person, and a good buyer.

maria_mena @freeesoul7 This has been stressful for me as a seller because I sell my items at a fair price compared to other sites. Especially, American Girl Doll merchandise. When buyers are fair about what I’m selling, I always try to place a free item in their order which I know I can sell.

maria_mena @freeesoul7 As you can see for yourself, I have tons of retired American Girl items. Some of the sets however are not complete but yet they’re still valuable. Some sellers will sell each piece individually, I don’t do that unless I have to. The items I’m selling are from the beginning launched sets. So they’re older and although they have been stored carefully, they may be frail. If it’s damaged, I won’t list it. But will repair it and give it as a gift.
