I shipped your $15 item with 62 other items and unfortunately it's lost. However, you have been refunded on day 4 of shipping weeks ago. I insisted you keep the item when it arrives for the inconvenience. I'm sorry you didn't receive a free item as of yet, I can see you are upset. Please reference your refund from weeks ago as a sense of comfort.
