cedar_closet Hi, I'm sorry your purchase of the Allbirds wasn't better! I shipped the shoes in a brand new box and my husband took great care in labeling and taping the box so the contents were secure. We always pack everything in a plastic bag in case packages get left out in the rain. Unfortunately mail service can be unpredictable and this isn't the first time I've heard that they damaged packaging. Hopefully you have better luck with USPS sevice in the future!
