michelle_gates @mstess69 heading to the post office to raise hell now. 40-50 minutes on the phone twice now just to be hung up on isn't gonna work out! Post Carrier was like a deer in the headlights when I asked him yesterday ...pfftt smh pitiful. I'll let you know how it all works out tonight or first thing tomorrow.
