Hi you purchased a bag from my page and when I went to send it I noticed a scratch on the bag . I’m sorry it took me so long to get back with you . I have posted a picture of the scratches. @fusion3 Just wanted to let you know that I contacted USPS regarding the package and waiting for a callback. As it says on the tracking, it is delayed and is in transit to next facility. I wanted to know what that meant. I also contacted Poshmark about it so they will know there’s an issue and to advise me on further steps to take. I’m so sorry. I’ve never had a package get so delayed but not my fault. I sent the sweater out as soon as the PO opened on Monday. Hopefully it’ll get there soon. 💕💕

Post office was closed yesterday, and big snowstorms across the country this past weekend.

I just checked tracking. It's being held as undeliverable as my business address is temporarily closed.
As there was a delay in shipping, I wasn't able to change the delivery address before the state government imposed a shutdown which began Tuesday.
I now need to drive to an out of town Post Office to pick up.
Sorry for the delay!
