I ordered the printer from u and when I push the button it don't come on the only time I see a ligth is when its plugged up its not working

@garolmcglothin hi, I tested it right before I sent it and it was working fine. The red light should come on when it’s charging. Then, to turn it on you hold down the power button and a white light should come on (it is fainter than the red light). Try holding down the power button until you see a white light come on and start blinking. I can’t remember if the white light is on the same side as the power button or not. Hope that helps!
