pinkypink14 Hello again! I am very interested in the Retrolicious lips print dress! Can you please confirm if this is a size small or medium dress? It’s confusing as the listing says small but the size of the dress pictured is a size medium? What are the measurements laying flat? And can you please tell me the condition of the dress in more detail? Any signs of wear, issues or defects? If you had to rate the dress would you rate it as like new, excellent, good, fair?
