jackielee255 Thank you so much. That is why I explain it to newer buyers. I don't want to just decline when I think the buyers may not know. The rate is $2.95 fee up to $15 and 20% after that. My husband will try to get it to the Post office tomorrow but the weather is expected to to be snow and possibly quite a bit. I see where you live and it is probably headed for you next.
