ceaton4 hello I bought some sketchers from you. when they arrived all seemed well. I went to put them on today and one is a different size. you advertised size 11. the box says 11. one shoe is an 11 and the other is a 10. I am hoping you have the correct shoe and we can switch them out. please respond.

tessax29 @ceaton4 I am so sorry! I had no idea they were different sizes. I sold them for my mother who they didn’t fit, but neither of us even imagined they were different size shoes and I never even thought to look because they were new. I know there is a refund policy on Posh that you can do and it will give you a return label to send them back. I’ve never done it before, but if you have any issues just message me and I can try to help. I am so sorry. Please let me know what I can do to help.

ceaton4 thank you. I couldn't do the regular refund due to timing so I messaged the poshmark support for help. I really like the shoes. I am bummed they won't work out. thank you for working with me.

tessax29 @ceaton4 That’s okay! I would donate them if they were returned, so if there’s a good cause that you’d like to donate to maybe someone could find a use for them. I’m sorry again for the inconvenience. I would have never thought they were different and I should have checked so I am so sorry about that. I’m glad they were able to make it right for you, but I’m sad they didn’t work out for you and I feel so silly I didn’t think to check that.
