@teyah17 click on "News" on the bottom on your PM screen
then on the top on "offers"
then it shows you the offers people made (or you)
as long they active

then you see the offer and on the bottom are the buttons:
counter decline and accept

but when you click on the offer and it don't open it can be that the person cancels their offer
