stace2h evening/morning. I would accept your offer. but i finally just got into looking at it after having it returned. an it is not running like it is in the short video I posted of it running. I packed it cushioned enough to to buyer. yet upon receiving it back. they just threw the parts/accessory people and pieces in. and the noise the previous purchaser complained about must've happened during delivery. because it does not spin at all, as a carousel should, and was prior.
