Hi! I'm Thanh. I just recently joined this active site after realizing I had a ton of luxury accessories and clothing that I either rarely wear anymore, can’t fit in anymore, or even regret buying! Everything has been WELL maintained (they always went to the drycleaner and never washed at home). In my opinion, my listing starting prices are already very aggressive when you compare my items to the quality and look of other “barely worn” listings. See for yourself and thx for the closet love!

lucatmycloset @dna4045 I actually do have a question and concern! I noticed that only 3 specific listings of mine were being shared, however, tonight alone I listed about 12 however none of those are visible to anyone else and it even says I have 13 listings, do you know why this may be?

lucatmycloset @dna4045 There was an authentication message but I clicked on certify and I assumed the listigngs went through and were visible to everyone, but they don’t appear to be. I feel like I just started getting into the groove with this site, but it would pain me if I have to move these over to the more larger one. Any help you can give would be appreciated and thanks in advance!

lucatmycloset @dna4045 Correct, I made sure my phone and the others were on my closet and toggled to All and only the 3 items you see are shown. When I click on Listings I see the other 9 I poster last night. What is the autenticating process? This is extremely frustrating, especially after I felt like I was finally getting the hang of it. I intended to post tons more clothing tonight and this weekend, but highly doubt I will at this point.

dna4045 @lucatmycloset I actually thought that Authentication was done after purchase. Try listing one more item and see what happens. Were the listings there as you were posting last night?

lucatmycloset @dna4045 Ok, now it looks like they are now all showing in my closet! I wrote to customer last night and am still waiting on a response, but I just looked at my Closet now and it appears the shirts and rest of accessories are visible. Are you able to see them? I’m hoping this doesn’t become a common thing....

lucatmycloset @dna4045 Yes every listing seemed to have gone through and were in my listings section, but not my closet. I received a pop up for every single listing after about the first 3 citing possible authenticating issues (I don’t know how their system can determine any of that and I researched online that others have this issue as well and may be due to the amount of luxury items and costs I was listing and my tenure on the site),

lucatmycloset @dna4045 but I simply clicked on that I certified the items were 100% authentic and it acceptes the listing, just never showed it in my closet until a few minutes ago. I’ll follow up with you if and when I hear back from customer service. You’re awesome and thanks for trying to help and sort it all out!
