kyliescloset11 @mila_lala Hello Thao, This is easier than I thought. If you go to the transaction for the sweater there is an option for you to 'cancel the order'. The funds were not released to me yet, so Postmark will cancel the transaction and send you a pre-paid return label to get the sweater back to me. I hope that makes sense, let me know if you don't see what I am explaining. (it may not say exactly 'cancel the order' but something similar) Again I am sorry for the annoyance! Shelly~

kyliescloset11 @mila_lala Hello Thao, I have not heard back from support yet. To expedite, you can also go to the transaction and select ,problem with order’. If you state that you would like to return do to a listing error, it might speed it up as I have done the same.

kyliescloset11 Hi Thao, Im not sure if you reached out to Postmark too. They just replied to me and said that you can reach out to them but said there is nothing they can do. Im so sorry, I contacted them before the funds were released, they just got back to me today with no options. Would you like to list the sweater? You can use my photos if you like. Im so sorry it doesn't fit, I try to be descriptive to mitigate that. I will be happy to give you a discount if there is anything else you like.
