thatdude330 @nancelle007 I have not received the item. The seller says it is en route via an outside delivery service. Yet the seller has not provided a tracking number.

nancelle007 @thatdude330 Same thing on my end and I keep asking for the tracking number. Did you report to Posh? I did and they are not doing anything about it. Urgh!! he may be trying to beat the system because it says packaged delivered on our end and then if we don’t respond or accept Posh automatically release the funds.. I don’t have a good feeling about this seller.

nancelle007 @thatdude330 Did you try canceling order?? I wrote a Posh said I have not received item and seller sent empty envelope. Posh writes back sorry you have not received item try checking your mail box again. I mean do they not read the email?? Says empty envelope!! So frustrating only emailing and not phone contact!! Can’t talk to a live human..

thatdude330 @nancelle007 poshmart just sent me an email stating they are crediting my credit card back for the price of the purchase due to the item being damaged. I sent poshmart a picture of the envelope and thank you card the seller sent me instead of the item.

I don’t understand seems like they are simply letting this seller get away with trying to scam us! I told them they shouldn’t let ppl like this sell on Posh. They simply ignore. So frustrating..
