shawna561 Hi! Unfortunately the item was not as described. You called it "overall good condition" and "slightly used". When I received the item, with excitement as I have been waiting for a new case for a while, it wasn't just cracked on each corner, but chipped. Meaning that there was actual pieces missing outside of the case.

shawna561 As a posher myself, clearly not as seasoned as you are, I would definitely not call that overall good condition considering that in addition to chipped and cracked corners, there was fading and stains.

shawna561 I paid $25 total for the case including shipping. At that rate, it probably would have been more reasonable to drive all the way to a store and buy a brand new case. And don't get me wrong, I love the idea of a used item, as I feel it is better to be used than contributing to an increasingly damaged environment.
