My advice for buying is to use your filters to really hone in on what you’re looking for and the price point you are comfortable with. When interacting with sellers- remember to be friendly! They’re there to help you so ask as many questions as you need and look carefully at photos before making a purchase. Thanks for reaching out! 😊😎

jaxi31 @thefinerie well my issue is, i bought 2 items a couple days ago, and the one item, the seller has never replied to any comments at all nor has shipped and the other seller stated she would ship my item fri. and she did kot and now she wont respond to me! so how does that work? like how long do sellers have to mark items shipped before order is canceled and refunded or how does that work? what should i do? please help and thank u so much

thefinerie @jaxi31 Sellers have a few days to ship items. If a seller told you they shipped an item, they probably did and the post office sometimes just doesn’t scan the item right away. If you’re concerned about it though I would go into your orders and contact Poshmark about it.l through that page.

jaxi31 @thefinerie the seller didn't say she did ship, she said it would ship, but neither of them are marked shipped and no tracking has been uploaded on order details! and the other seller just wont reply and never has! i did send a mess. to poshmark support, but is there a way that buyers can cancel if not shipped after so long?

spcfoodsnob Hi, Crystal. I ordered an Argyle Talbots sweater from you a few weeks ago. I was out of town from the 19th until today, had a neighbor picking up my mail. but didn’t have him open the packages—just assumed one was the sweater. So I marked the item as received, but it hasn’t been. I’m still Hoping it will show up, but I’m not sure how to handle something that’s been lost in the mail. Please advise. :-) Thanks, Donna.

thefinerie @spcfoodsnob Hello Donna! The mail has been just awful lately with delayed packages. I have one out to somebody from November 30th that hasn't arrived to the person yet. They seem to be slowly freeing up the bottleneck after Christmas here. At this point, now that it has been marked recieved, I cannot see the tracking number on this end to see it. You could try reaching out to Poshmark and seeing if they will send you a tracking number to file a case with USPS. I wish I could help you more.
