poshmom101 @terrathomas2000 Yes, there should be a tracking number. On Saturday I sent posh an inquiry since I noticed I never got the tracking notification. I will call my post office tomorrow. I’m so sorry, it’s frustrating this time of year getting packages where they are suppose to go. If you would just double check your mailing address to be sure it’s correct. I will stay in touch with you after I talk to them. It’s a small mountain town and they are usually pretty helpful but short staffed.

poshmom101 @terrathomas2000 I went to my post office today. No package there. There’s a chance it went out without being scanned. They want me to wait to see if it gets to RI since it will get scanned there. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼 thanks for your patience. Keep you posted!

poshmom101 @terrathomas2000 I’ve been out of town moving my daughter but I did get a message from a person that accidentally got your package. I must have printed out the wrong label. I have sent 3 messages to posh customer service. All I get is an automated response. I think I will need you to also send them a message.

poshmom101 @terrathomas2000 I told them who recd the pkg, I’ve asked them to send her a label so she can forward the pkg. to you. I will give you her information as well. I’m disappointed they won’t advise me on what needs to take place to complete the transaction. So very very sorry. I had several sales that week then had printer issues with my labels. poshmom101 @terrathomas2000 Poshmark is not doing anything to help resolve this issue! I just sent a 4th message to them. We know who has the sweater but she’s not going to ship it back to you or me until they send her a prepaid label. In this last request I gave them my phone number and told them to stop with the auto reply and call me directly.

poshmom101 Let’s see if they call me within 24 hours. I’m sorry and I’m not happy with Poshmark, they make a ton of money in shipping and this is ridiculous for them to not take care of it when I’ve reached out to them 4 times. They haven’t even deposited the $5 into my account at this point. Hopefully they haven’t charged you either.

terrathomas2000 @poshmom101 hi! Honestly I could not believe the message I initially received. We have the info and I screen shotted the conversation to them showing you have been amazing! Mistakes happen and I am in no rush. However. Finally received another email in which the girl helping finally listened and it appears there is some movement and progress! So fingers crossed it’s working out. Thank you for being so great. I truly appreciate it! Happy Thanksgiving!
