thelzyzam @debraflowers I’m sorry, I don’t understand what you mean.. so they gave you a return label and once you ship back the order and I approve it you get your refund, however since the charm is still at the company you want to just send that to me later? Meanwhile just send me the other pieces and why a check? Sorry, I’m lost
