therarae @dpaire9 hi! Sorry this happening. If you purchased it this Friday or Saturday, they may not be able to get to the post office until Tuesday due to the Monday holiday. If it’s been longer than that, go ahead and contact Poshmark customer service and alert them to the issue via email. Under your account tab go to Poshmark Support Center, then Contact Poshmark Support, for the category you can put Problem with Existing Order. Hope this helps!
