cowgirl1944 Hi there, I’m the buyer that bought your black boots that were canceled. Was the shipping more than 6.79? I didn’t understand the message I got from Poshmark canceling the order. I paid the 6.79 the usual fee for shipping items. I’m just confused about this. Please help me understand what happened. Thank you. I really love the boots. In have a tan pair just like your boots and I wear them all the time for they r so comfortable.

tcerefice @cowgirl1944 hi! Yes I have to pay the difference in shipping which is $5 or $6 more- I have to double check. That significantly reduces my earnings- almost in half.

cowgirl1944 @tcerefice did Poshmark contact u about the extra shipping? The buyer always pays shipping so I’m still confused. Did u put them in oversized box. That would make them cost more to ship. I have the same boots and another pair that I bought on Poshmark. They were shipped both pair in the same box and shipping was 6.79. I’ve just never had this happen before and I was trying to understand. Thank u for responding. I’m disappointed because they are my favorite boots.

tcerefice @cowgirl1944 no the seller is responsible for paying the extra shipping. That’s what it says in the faq section. I was afraid it would get sent back to me bc I didn’t have any oversize label on it. It’s a regular box.

cowgirl1944 @tcerefice ok I understand. Thank you for responding to me. I was just confused because I send out western and other boots to buyers and I’ve never had to pay extra. I’m sorry the sell didn’t go through. Again thank you for helping me understand the issue. U have a great night.😊

cowgirl1944 @tcerefice if u realist please notify me and I’ll purchase them. Thank u for taking the time to work with me. If u go to the Post Office u can ask them what type of box to use and they will help u. Then u can print a label on ur computer. Boxes are free. Think u will find that the shipping rate will be 6.79. U can also use any type box just as long as it meets the size requirement. P.O. will help u with any questions u may have.
