kimsklothes Theresa I wish you would have given me the courtesy of a response to how I could improve my shipping to you. When s garment had been worn once clean & pressed & shipped the day after the order wrapped in tissue paper w/ s Thank you note I truly don't know what else you expect of me. I just wanted to let you know I have a a very unpleasant experience w/ you & can only assume you weren't happy that I countered your low ball offer!

tlaemery I saw where you only gave four stars because of ship time. I am sorry if your package was delayed. I believe you placed your order on Saturday and I shipped either Saturday or Sunday but with the holiday all the shipments were delayed. I am sorry for any inconvenience this caused.
