birdie55 Hello before I ship the dress I wanted to make sure you know the measurements of the dress and the length the length is approx 34 inches in length depends on how tall you are the dress is above the knee if your around 5 feet 3+ under arm across approx 16 1/2 inches waist across approx 14 inches I wanted to make sure your okay before I ship the theory dress and maybe your familiar with the style cut and okay to send today let me know thanks

mariamariely @ttellock Yes I went ahead contact the usps file a claim 33242006 from me the sender copy the usps case post to postmark around 3pm. After 10 business days postmark have to refund your money. Now they saying the package is moving in the system. I really doubt it, don't believe

jessszak hi! you just purchased Coconuts Matisse sandals from my closet. when I pulled them out to pack, I noticed the metallic coating is peeling in a couple places. the most noticeable spot is near the big toe on the left sandal. I'm sorry! I checked the photos on the listing and don't see any signs of peeling. these were stored in a tote and I listed them earlier this month so I have no idea how the damage occurred. how would you like to proceed?
